With 10k, he can try equity trading and develop a trading system/strategy which helps him stay in the game. And gradually move in to Options trading. Suppose If he doubled money in a month (out of luck), i’m pretty sure he will lose it sooner or later. Streaks don’t last forever. Money is always byproduct of skills. Always focus on developing skills, not in making big money in a short period of time.
Price Action maybe good compared to indicators, i agree. But it doesnt mean you’ll win 100%. Even hedge funds goes bankrupt using some quantum computers and algorithms.
Financial Markets are not easy, it’s extreamly difficult. Warren Buffet makes around 20% ROI per annum. It’s all about compounding.

AI sucks when it comes to recursion.
Take any random data in Google Sheet and try to make a formula using GPT4 or whatever in earth (I wasted 2 days exploring) to get the profit amount that happened when there is Maximum Consecutive Win in that strategy.
It involves recursion.
How many times? Exactly the times of Maximum Consecutive Wins. The offset function has to dynamically change.
It is easy to do in Python, and easy to do in GScript but insanely challenging to get a single line formula to get it done in normal Sheets Formula.
Well For AI.
Not for Human.
