SEBI allows Insta Redeem for Overnight Funds. But, you won't be able to Insta Redeem on Coin

Similar to select Liquid funds, you will soon be able to instantly redeem upto 90% of the overnight fund, with a cap of Rs 50,000, even during holidays and weekends the redemption amount will be credited to your bank account within 30 minutes. P.S. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to avail this feature on Coin because Coin holds MF units in Demat mode and it executes orders only during the market hours within the set cut-off time. This is a limitation of having mutual funds in Demat mode. So…
