I have been using zerodha’s chart for technical analysis.
But for some days at night the chart are not updated, showing previous days chart. Present days chart is not available.
Is there any reason ???
And how to complain about it to zerodha ??
Like today is 12:26 am, 17.02.18.So upto 16.02.18 chart should be available.
Yes, during that time we run some process to move current day data to historical so, currently from 12 to 4 am latest candle is not shown, we are working on a way so that even if any process is running in background it should not have any effect on front-end. Soon this should be addressed.
