I would like to know if there is a way to automatically place a GTT sell order whenever I purchase a stock.
For example, if I buy ITC shares, I want a GTT sell order to be automatically created at 7% below my buy price (as a stop-loss).

Why this will enable user to automatically enable stop loss as many time we forget to add.
You will not be able to place GTT stoploss automatically.
However, while placing a buy order on Kite, you can manually select the GTT option and set a stoploss percentage. This way, a GTT sell order is created automatically once your buy order is completed.
If the GTT checkbox is not selected at the time of buying, you will have to place it separately later.
