Bajaj IPO queries

Hi Team saw this post on twitter can some one help me understand it.

Shareholders Quota Matrix in Bajaj Housing Finance IPO (REVISED): As per revised conditions, we cannot apply more than 2782 shares in Shareholder’s Quota.

Those who are eligible Shareholders can apply 2 applications in Bajaj Housing Finance IPO with same PAN Card. You can choose any 1 of the below 3 possible combinations![] 1. Shareholder+ BHNI
2. Shareholder+ SHNI
3. Shareholder+ Retail .

So my question is as a retail investor I can apply as Shareholder +BHNI also?

yes, if you are investing more than 10 lakhs, you are BHNI
If less than 2 lakhs, you are retail
You can do either one of it along with applying as shareholder.

That is very helpful, do you think applying as Shareholder + BHNI and Shareholder+SHNI has better chances of getting it if you have the capital? and the only way of applying as HNI is through ASBA not UPI?

Check all details here

Can I apply from current account using ASBA above 5 or 10L which is linked to my PAN and with my firm name.?

An IPO application can be submitted via net banking ASBA service offered by the bank, even without using UPI. To learn more about ASBA, see What is ASBA? The required details for the application are as follows:

  1. Demat ID: Demat Id is a 16-digit number used to identify a demat account, and it is unique for every client. The demat ID can be found by visiting console.zerodha.com/account/demat.
  2. Depository: CDSL.
  3. DP Name: Zerodha.
