I have a basic question. consider I am having a holding of stock or any liquid fund , I can sell and buy immediately another stock based on the margin available. I guess almost 80% of margin I can buy same day. Is is possible through Mutual Funds through COIN.

No, this isn’t possible. When you redeem mutual funds, the funds aren’t credited immediately, these are credited based on the settlement cycle the fund follows (you can check this in the redemption order window). Also, the redemption proceeds are credited directly to your primary bank account, not trading account.
