Best Use of PROC Indicator

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to understand the best ways to use the PROC - Price Rate of CHange indicator in Zerodha,
What is the period that needs to be entered, to understand the momentum change/shift in daily chart ?
By default it offers 14 days, but can we add upto 365 days, to understand the ROC since last 1 year ?
