US authorities should investigate and book him. They claim to be a champion of law and rules and lecture every other country on it.

Such things have become so much easier due to social media. A famous person can now easily reach millions of accounts and with their influence can manipulate the markets.
Crypto is unregulated so he can’t be liable for any investigation.
