How do i get bloomberg terminal?

Can i make/do trades with the Bloomberg trading terminal platform sofware ?
It costs 24,000 USD per year. In rupee terms it costs around 17 lakhs per year at 1usd= 70 rupees. I personally think for a retail trader it is not required. Also one can check Thomson Reuters Eikon which offers more or less similar features but comes at a greater cost advantage, you can google to find out more about Eikon. Also these are not trading terminals, they are just analyzing/evaluating/news terminals. You can google about it if you are really interested.
