This question is boggling me for quite stretch of time that what happens to bond market when equity market is in free fall (CRASHES) ?
What I think will happen is economic slowdown and less demand resulting in less production and higher chance of delay and default of payments by corporations, that will result in drop in value of bonds.
Maybe I am wrong, but I need in depth explanation regarding this.
