Suppose i have shares of company A which has many products…later company A decide to make a subsidiary to form.another company …and if company A list this company in stock exchange…will i get shares of the subsidiary in my demat accnt ?

The title is misleading as this concept is called demerger. Title could be “Demerger and impact on existing shareholders”.
Just a suggestion. This is definitely not bonus shares.
