I have received bonus Shares for Manpasand Beverages, but the Kite neither shows them as separate with acquisition cost zero nor updates the average cost wrt existing entry. Due to this, the resultant calculation using adjusted present price has become negative, which is not the real scenario. What is the solution?
Did you checked if the shares are indeed in your CDSL Demat account?
Kite/Q portfolio view doesn’t give correct information. You may have to chase with Support to get it corrected.
I got the following two SMS’s from CDSL
CDSL:CREDITED IN A/C *0xxxxx 5 SHARES OF MANPASAND BEVERAGES LIMITED#FORMERL (PENDING LISTING)TOWARDS BONUS ALLOTMENT ON 03/10/2017.WATCH OUT FOR LISTING DATE.
CDSL:DEBIT IN A/C *0xxxxx FOR 5 SHARES - TEMPERORY ISIN AND CREDIT FOR 5 SHARES IN LISTED ISIN OF MANPASAND BEVERAGES LIMITED#FORMERL ON 06/10/2017 ON RECEIPT OF TRADING APPROVAL.
So I presume that they are there in CDSL demat account.
In fact they got reflected in Kite also on 06/10/2017 only. But average price reflection remains the same now with 10 shares as it was earlier with 5 shares.
Looks like ISIN is still not active. Does it shows “Listed” status? If yes, then it should reflected in Zerodha. This seems be a existing issue in Kite/Q (raised multiple support requests in past 
, no resolution). It should be corrected in a weeks time as per support folks at Zerodha.
Hoping that it will be addressed in upcoming (No Timeline/Dates so far 
@nithin ) Q/Kite Release.
PS: I am really impress with ICICI Portfolio View. It perfectly reflected my holding with all the correct calculation/qty the move bonus/Splits shares credit in my demat account.
Currently we show stocks in Q only if ISIN is active. The rest, you have to look at the CDSL login. But we are having this corrected in the next release.
Thanks Nitin, Yes, I understand the above. It does corrected automatically in a day or two after Share Credited into CDSL.
However, there are other issues as well in portfolio view which make its a very unreliable.
To name few:

Not honoring the filter (Cross showing of share from Small Case to kite and visa-versa)

Incorrect Average Price in case you do a buy and its goes into T1+T2 Cycle.

Any time you do a buy/sell from Portfolio View, whole screen refresh and everything goes for a toss. Had to do a hard refresh apply filter again to get the correct data.
Raised it multiple time with Support but no resolution. Had to use offline excel tracker in order to get a clear picture
I really hope that this is resolved soon, so that I can move my NRI Demat account with Zerodha.

I also have similar bad experience & also like the icici direct portfolio view. I am desperately waiting for the overhaul of the kite & q Holdings to resolve all the issues very very soon.
