Hi,
Britannia has credited debentures in my account.

Instead of providing dividend completely they choose this route.
29 rupees via debenture and 12.5 rupees via dividend (numbers not accurate)
that debenture is valid for 3 years, if you want you can sell it off. Post 3 years they will credit back the amount. Moreover they will pay yearly some 7 to 8 % interest.
where can we check the debentures in the account?
You can check on Console. The debentures will reflect in Kite holdings once listed on the exchanges.
okay,
in the console we can find with name : INE216A08027
If u want to sell I will buy your debentures vs off market. Is it sold in NSE and BSE.
I am not able to see them in my account… what should I do
So, the NCD matures on June 3, 2024. Will it be sold automatically or do we have to initiate ? @ShubhS9
If the NCD matures, does that mean Britannia will buy back all the NCDs(INE216A08027) out there ?
Can we hold it any longer than June 3 ?
Is there any recent article regarding NCDs and what to do with them ?
You don’t have to do anything from your end. Upon maturity, the NCDs will be automatically debited from your account and the company will credit the proceeds to your primary bank account. If you aren’t aware, the NCDs are redeemed at face value, for this NCD it is Rs. 29.
Also, you can’t hold it longer than 3rd June.
