Brokerage Calculation by Zerodha - Clarification

Hello there, wanted clarification of Brokerage calculation with respect to the following trade.

Case - Brought 500 Shares at Rs. 100 of X Co and later another buy of 500 shares at Rs. 101. Later sell the whole 1000 shares at Rs. 95 in one bulk.
How will the brokerage and other charges be calculated in this trade? Would the entire turnover be taken or each individual buy sell would be taken as reference?

Thanks for your reply, but in my case, the question was whether to calculate brokerage per Individual trade or in the aggregate turnover basis. My doubt is in the input data.

It is calculated per executed order and not turn over basic (at EOD)
