Someone please explain what these abnormal charges are?
brokerage = 920
other charges = 5,019 (more than 550% of the brokerages)
This has been happening for the past a few months since.

What is abnormal about these charges? 
Did you check any of the trades in a calculator (eg. this one) and arrive at any different numbers?
The individual charges associated with various securities are listed (and the calculations explained) in [1] and [2].
Exchange transaction charges and SST are calculated as a percentage of the contract value, but the broker charges a flat fee of ₹20 per executed order. That’s why the other charges are much higher than the brokerage charges.
