BSE and NSE announcements

I wanted to ask whether the announcements that comes out for the same compnay on BSE has any affect on the stock price on NSE ?
For example, Take the company ONGC. It is registered on both BSE and NSE. So assuming an important announcement comes out regarding the company on BSE. So will it affect the stock price on NSE?

Of course. The stock is essentially the same that you trade - be it NSE or BSE. So the price will be the same.

So it means irrespective where the announcements are made regarding the company be it NSE or BSE. The prices will change when the announcements arrive.

So can I use BSE announcements interchangeably with NSE announcements?
