Firstly, BSE is listing on NSE and not on BSE. So you can find the BSE stock only on NSE.
If you are using Kite, search for BS, and BSE will show up, check the image below. In all other platforms, search for NSE in dropdown and then search BSE.
Listing will be at 10 am, it will start trading from then.

I am holding SFCL (Star Ferro and Cement Ltd) 150 quantities.
The share is not traded for few days what is the reason.
When I cross check in bseindia website it shows "
Suspended due to Procedural reasons
There is an amalgamation happening between Star Ferro and Cement Limited and Star Cement Limited, so once it is completed the stock will start trading again. Check this.
In my holding list the SFCL is not available now. What to do sir ?
