What could be the reason to buy-back shares at lesser than CMP while promoters are participating in buy-back?
@nyadav: there has been many cases like Guj ambuja export ,James warren tea , Technocraft etc in past and live cases of Shervani industries ,James warren tea where buyback price is lower than market price .such buybacks are mainly to do adjust with promoters holding ( family wealth ) with some promoters participating in part some not participating .
