I am having only one share of Bosch Ltd.
Please let me know :
Whether i can participate in Bosch Buy Back and what will be my success ratio, hundred percent or it will be on basis of Draw between persons who applied for only one share?
I tried to find Regulations regarding this but did not found any where.

Sometimes 100% of the shares are buy back by the company but that’s not the case every time full stop if it happens in the case of Bosch then your share will be buyback but if it doesn’t and buy back percentage like 50% of 70% something like that then your share may not be buy back
Same with me…u will get ur share accepted as fraction should be rounded off
