If i place a buy order in MIS out of which 80 is complete and then i modify price to 101 and 20 is completed in 101 price then what is the brokerage charges. Rs 20 or 20+20.

You have placed one order, the brokerage in Zerodha is zero for equity delivery(for resident individual) and 0.01% or Rs.20( whichever is lower per executed ORDER) so in this case it will be a maximum of Rs.20 only.
