As a very early investor in this asset class please explain to me how they give the quarterly rent? Does the rent be paid in my trading account or bank account? Is it mandatory to pay rents quarterly?

Reit is regulated by SEBI tightly . no worry about REIT dividended yield 8% , underlaying you can get 9% currently

freeze (circuit Breaker) limit already published in NSE website

when market is going down gradually , and then intraday or opening , mostly intraday only its will happen , when no buyers will not there suddenly sellers will become high nifty will go down suddenly

3 times happen in indian market google it , freezing lower limit 10% for NIFTY LTP

Freezing limit is 10% , market will go down in blink of eye 200 and crash to 1000 immediately , you cannot buy and sell , market will be hault and swithoff the market for day due to panic

currently the situation is like that we cannot rule anything this kind of market
VIX is above 20 its means some thing going to happen no one knows , all well known trades are will stayaway to protect the capital ,

Most of the well known traders are wipeout only this kind of market
