Buyback Acceptance Ratio

Suppose I Have 100 Shares Of any Company which is Comming up with Tender Buyback…

And Entitlement Ratio is: 5% (5 Shares out of 100)

And Acceptance Ratio Is 20%

If I Only Tender 20 Shares during Buyback will My all 20 Shares be Accepted or What are Other Possibilities ?

Buyback AR Clarification

Say, I own 100 shares of a stock which announces buyback. Say Entitlement Ratio is 5%. So min 5 shares if tendered will be accepted. If Acceptance Ratio is 30%, If I tender all 100 shares, 30 shares will be accepted. What if I tender 30 shares? Will all 30 be accepted? Or in other words, If I tender 50 shares, will 30 be accepted or 15?

yes your 5 shares which is your ENTITLEMENT will 100% be accepted on offer . if you offer more than 5 additional will be accepted.
