Buyback Eligibility & Process Query

Hi everyone, can anyone please help me with clarity on following points related to Buyback:

  1. If I am holding shares of Buyback Stock using MTF or Shares as Margin on record date/Ex-Date. Am I still eligible to Tender these shares during tender period? I understand from reading various posts online that I will be eligible and will have to convert these shares to delivery prior to tendering them. Is this right?

  2. If I have sold these shares post record date but buy them back during the tender period. Can I still tender them for Buyback?

  3. Taking example of Bajaj Auto Buyback Tender period ends on 7th July 2026 & Unaccepted shares will be returned on 14th. So I can sell these unaccepted shares on 14th itself or at any later date.

  4. Further, in Bajaj Auto case, when is funds for accepted shares credited in account in Bajaj Auto Buyback case. Will it be on 14th (return of unaccepted shares) or 23rd (extinguishment date) or any other date?
