Hello Trader,

Any idea how to participate in McLeod Russel India Limited buyback offer?

I have a ICICI Direct Account but it doesn’t show any buyback option for McLeod Russel India Limited.

Talked to Customer care but they also doesn’t have any clue.

Any pointers?

this buyback is not from shareholders but OPEN MARKET means company will buy shares from nse /bse through a broker and remain open for 6 months .

@naveengarg : only in proportionate styled buyback shareholders can participate directly TCS,Larsen ,navneet ,hcl tech ,possibly JB chemical too will announce same style on august 30.
This is open market buyback where no shareholder be it promoter or non promoter can participate directly.
