Buying MF direct through AMC website or Coin, etc.?

Which is the better way of investing in mutual funds, direct from AMC or third party apps like grows, Zerodha coin, etc.?

There are no extra charges (AMC, DP or others) for investing in MF through Coin.

Also, how does technical glitch affect a MF investor. It happens and got resolved in few hours to a day. If you have SIP mandate, technical glitch in no way affect it.
