Hi, I am looking for a list of bonds/NCDs which has monthly interest payouts, release in last two years and listed in BSE/NSE. once I finalize one, how do I search that in zerodha. usually I noticed zerodha does not understand ISIN of the NCD.
Search using symbol
for ex. If I want to search for NAVI FINSERV LIMITED SR V 11.02 NCD 27JL26 FVRS1000 (ISIN - INE342T07403) , what symbol I should search for in zerodha.
Where did you got this information? You should have symbol information there too.
There are multiple other ways to search though.
Go to NSE website and lookup the navi finserve in bond. It will give you list of all bonds by Navi.
This shows the symbol for Navi finserve bonds is “NAVIFIN” and you are looking for N8 series
Search that in Kite
And pickup right one, NAVIFIN-N8 
Word of caution, some bonds might be highly illiquid and it would be days before trade happens.

perfect, Thx Akash. Is there any way I can see the list of all Bonds listed in NSE/BSE along with there payout frequency, intrest rate, rating etc.
A single location where all info available simultaneously is rare. But couple of places you can look at:
NSE website:

This has most info, but not very good search capabiity
NSDL India bonds info
https://www.indiabondinfo.nsdl.com/bds-web/advancedSearchRequest.do
This is pretty good to filter and do searches
This both sites have good detailed info, but not YTM calculated.
If you need YTM look at some bond selling websites like GoldenPi or Indiabonds
