I have call back spread option Statergey in Bharti airtel oct -2020expiry.
Sold 380CE @ 55
Bought 480x2 CE @ 20
I would like to know that if stock expiry in between 400 and 450 do I need to take the delivery or give the delivery.

Between 400 and 450 your Short 380 CE will expire ITM and you will have to give delivery of underlying shares, while Long 480 CE will expire worthless as it will be OTM.
