Camarilla Pivot point levels

Hi all,

While using camarilla Pivot Points for intra day trading, I have noticed that some times, CP (Camarilla Pivot) is above H1 some times above H2 and even H3.

I only know that CP is the median point for H and L levels. But in the above cases, I fail to understand what makes CP to fall above H1, H2, and H3.

Can some body explain please.

Thanks in advance.

Which camarilla calculator are you using? I feel there is some issue with the calculator. The camarilla levels should be like this:

H5
H4
H3
H2
H1
PP
L1
L2
L3
L4
L5

You can use this camarilla calculator for a perfect calculation.

Kite is not providing camarilla pp.
I have noticed it on Trade Tiger. Here is the screen shot of Sunpharma 14th Sept.

Please note the CP is between L2 and L3.
Hmm. been perplexed.

Can you throw some light on… how to relate cam PP to market profile. Thanks.

I dont know what calculation they are using. But the actual Camarilla formula by Nick Scott tells H1-H5 and L1-L5 in either sides of the PP. You can google more on Camarilla

Great. Thanks for the reply.:+1:
