The ipo is at 45 P/E. Is it not expensive?

the IPO are coming in high valuation , CAMS IPO are in high valuation , whatever the company the stock will soon to come on correct valuation , i will never invest in IPO because listing gains through oversubscription the price will open higher , in oversubscription scrip you will not get allotment also , the stock will come down after listing in the correct valuation
