Can a chartered accountant do intraday trading?
If he is in practice then No.
Otherwise yes.
Yes,but if you are doing trading then according to Professional ethics you can’t do practice as a CA.
Another option is you can do trading from account of another person like any family member.
You’d violate the code of conduct and ethics as prescribed by ICAI.
However investing for long term is a acceptable.
