I understand that settlement is a SEBI requirement. But can you not do the charges before doing the settlement?
Or send better emails telling exactly the date on which charges will be made. What does next few days supposed to mean?
Zerodha knows when they are going to settle the money back and know when the charges will be made. Can you not make a single email containing both the dates? Or change these charges to be done in a month different than when the settlement is done so this problem does not happen?
