Can anyone provide any info about Sterlite Power Transmission Limited

Hello People,

My mom had some shares of sterlite power transmission ltd and is currently showing as unlisted in her portfolio, can someone help me what’s the deal with that stock. Did it got delisted anytime?

Although it is a promising company but how and when it will reflect in the portfolio like a normal buy/sell option?

Also, we have been getting lots of emails from people who are willing to offer us good value in exchange of them to be transferred to them but I haven’t done anything, it feels it has huge potential

those holding or bought STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES on or before 15 June 2016 were issued equity shares or non convertible preference share of UNLISTED sterlite power . the default option was equity shares.
it is an unlisted share but private dealers quote the price around 600-625 per share …
the unlisted co has filed a DRHP with sebi on 17 August 2021 for an ipo … still to get approval .

Thanks so once the IPO is approved and it list on the market, my shares will be traded like normal shares? Right?

yes but make sure you have equity shares not preference shares . if you have not acted upon that time , default option was unlisted equity shares

In my portfolio it shows as unlisted shares so I am assuming it will be unlisted equity shares only
