Can Foreigners open an account with zerodha?

I have a cousin who lives in the united states, he is a citizen. How can he open an account with zerodha and
1.will he pay the same brokerage?
2.Where should he pay taxes on the profits, will it be double taxes?
3.Can he transfer his money from his american bank account to zerodha’s hdfc brokerage account, and what charges will apply on the transaction?

Foreigners have to come through the custodial route to invest into India. We don’t currently support it.
