Since you have selected NRML, your position will be held overnight.
Also orders are placed and executed in the manner of positioning within Baskets, hence Buy order will be placed first as it is positioned first.
But this buy order won’t be executed as its outside OI Limits.
But if I placing it for hedging purposes then I guess it will execute ,right?

Yes for hedging it will be executed but not in the above order.
For hedging you have to sell first and after your sell is fulfilled, then only you can buy for hedging.
Simply put you need 5 Lakh margin to take the above trade. After placing both the trades you can withdraw money, and keep 1 Lakh odd as per margin requirement.
