You can refer to the below image to learn how to create the scanner conditions:

The scanner will only generate results for CE option contracts as the Delta for CE options is always positive. You can add the above condition to your scanner.

Yes, you can also scan on PE options only.

You simply need to change the condition to “delta lower than 0” because the delta for PE options is negative.
