I want to scan option contracts that break the High formed in the first half till 1PM on 5min cna you help?

You can refer to the below image to learn how to create the scanner conditions:

The scanner will generate results when you scan after 1 PM and if the Close of any 5-minute candle is higher than the High formed between 09:15 to 13:00 on that day.
