Can i sell a share and hold it for fut how?

I work only equity market but not work in future and option.Plz tell me the process?Plz guide me.If I got this type of tips

"SELL JSWSTEEL FUT AT 859 SL 872 TGT 842

Then how can I do this, becaz I know if I sell equity then I hav to buy same day, I cannot hold.But call is for futer and I have to sell this share and hold it also.but how?

if u use pi as ur trading platform then this one should be put like tis  see the image send with tis msg

afte puting sell order at 859 when it gets executed

then agin put a SL order for buy it at ur SL price tat is 872 and also put a buy limit order for ur target tat is 842

think this may help u better
