As long as the ISIN is not frozen for transfer, you can transfer any shares (listed/unlisted) scrips from one demat account to another through an off market transfer. You will have to issue a DIS slip to the DP where you’re holding shares for them to initiate a transfer along with a copy of CMR to which shares are being transferred.

Yes you can transfer it. You have to select off market option on the delivery instruction slip.
