Can STCG of equity be shown in 44AD?

If i will show STCG as equity in tax year 2627, will there be any mismtach notice may come with AIS as in 44AD sales is consolidated in the turnover?

Hey @sachindei65

STCG can potentially be treated as business income if the taxpayer treats the securities as stock-in-trade rather than capital assets. In that case, the income would be reported as business income instead of capital gains.
If you want to report the business income under Section 44AD, you can declare the total sales as Gross Receipts/Revenue. The profit to be declared under the presumptive scheme should be 6% of eligible digital receipts or 8% of other receipts, or the actual profit, whichever is higher.

Thanks
