Can we recreate 5 EMA strategy of Power of Stocks on Streak?

Hi, I was wondering if someone from Streak or traders in general who use Streak can help me recreate 5 EMA strategy of power of stocks?

Timeframe:15 Minutes
Indicator: 5 Exponential Moving Average (5 EMA).
The Alert Candle: Look for a candle that forms completely below the 5 EMA line, where no part of the body or wicks touches the line.

Entry candle: Place a buy order just above the high of the alert candle. Enter the trade the moment a subsequent candle breaks this high.
