Can we scan if Open=high or open =low in fno as well as equities

I want to know scripts that have open=high or open=low on 15 mts time frame. IS it possibe to scan with PI

you can use OPEN=HIGH or OPEN=LOW in the scanner but, it may give continues signals on each 15 min candles when ever the condition matches. verify your condition.
