If you hold a hedged position, as shown in the screenshot shared, you will get margin benefit. Here’s a margin requirement screenshot for the same strategy on Kite.
The required margin tells you how much margin is required to place the order. While once both orders are executed, the amount shown in the final margin filed will be blocked.
The required margin can also be reduced by placing an order to buy the Put option before futures contract in the basket order sequence.
