Cancelled order charges

I had two open MIS SL-M orders open, although the actual positions were closed already.
At 3:25PM, the SL-M orders were auto-cancelled.
Will they get charged for call-and-trade (auto-squareoff) (Rs 50 + GST)?

These are pending orders which were cancelled, there will not be any charges levied.
