Today I got this problem when I tried to place a BO for Hindalco 1 quantity only at Rs 220.85 SL 1 TGT 1.Normal MIS order worked.
Any idea why it happened

Yes I am eligible I use it everyday.Though I was not actively trading just testing a strategy I will try Monday if again have the problem I will contact support ,BTW I also opened PI may be it caused the problem bcos I was simultaneously logged in both Kite and PI
It also happened with me. It happen because there are not enough buyers and seller right now in that script.
Well in market depth (order book) it showed many thousands of share in bid I wanted just 1 again when I placed the order with MIS it got filled.There was liquidity I can confirm
BTW it was some mistake BO is working fine …
