Maybe try reaching out to CDSL support team? They should be able to help if you are still not able to reset password and login.
It gets unlocked after some time automatically. For info of those who might be looking for answer in such a situation! It is not necessary to reset password in case one remembers!

Please raise the ticket from Zerodha support portal mentioning your registered Zerodha BO ID and Easiest username hence we can check and reset the password accordingly.
In my case I tried resetting it, but did not help. After 24 hours I could login with the resetted password though.
