I created an account, added trusted accounts and did a transfer.
So now heres the issue :-
My main account is in zerodha and I transferred share to Angel through easiest.
I wanted to transfer back to Zerodha but I can only see the holdings and not transfer from the other account in CDSL easiest.
I tried to create a new account with Angel on easiest but it says account already exists.
Can somebody help me with this.

I am also exactly in the same situation, tried a lot of transferring back the shares to Zerodha via cdsl but I failed. Unfortunately cdsl don’t allow trusted account to upgrade to easiest and don’t allow to register a new account with other broker bo Id.
Now I have accepted my defeat in transferring shares via cdsl and have asked for DIS from new broker to transfer.

In case you want to transfer the shares from Other broker to Zerodha Demat account you are required to register in CDSL easiest with the Other broker BOID and get the same approved from the Other broker. There are no restrictions in transferring in the shares to Zerodha Demat account.
Please note: Registration of CDSL easiest, Addition of trusted account, and transaction request has to be approved from Other broker if you are transferring the shares from Other broker to Zerodha Demat account. It is not necessary to register the Zerodha BOID in CDSL easiest to receive the shares.

Thanks for your input, The issue is while trying to register in CDSL easiest with other broker BOID, it says account already registered where I have only registered it as a trusted account in my initial account.

I was able to complete the process of transferring shares to other demat from CDSL easiest without having selected any payment mode. What is the use of payment mode, it shows cash, cheque & electronic & it also asks for consideration amount & ref no. what needs to be entered here?
Payment mode comes into picture when you have entered a consideration amount (when you have received cash for transferring shares). You have to enter all the details as in how you have received the funds.
