I tried to transfer share from my demat account to someone else demat, added trusted account. Paid stamp duty, added money to zerodha account. Providing few more details, its unlisted share, also added consideration amount, reason for transfer “off market sale”. Payment mode electronic, added all the details also asked like bank name(added buyers bank name) bank account number (buyers bank account number) reference number (upi transaction id) transaction date. Still got failed with reason “txn dp reject”
