im trying to upgrade groww BOID to easiest in the cdsl portal but i got this error
Non CM /Non Regular/CLOSED a/c cannot be Mapped
and now Im getting this while clicking on upgrade BOID to easiest .
Once it is pending for authentication, you must raise a support ticket in Zerodha to approve the same. Once it is approved, Easiest facility will be available to you.
@Norman_Bates Hey, I checked this internally, and the team suggested: It’s best yu get in touch with the other broker and raise a request for approval.
Update : DP has authenticated now . I have added the trusted account as Zerodha and its pending for authentication
Now what shall I do ? this must be authenticated by zerodha right ?

Hey @Norman_Bates , the current broker, Groww, needs to approve this as well.
Once approved, it takes up to 12 hours for the status to reflect as “Approved by DP” on the CDSL portal.
