Changing tax regimes while changing ITR from 3 to 2

We can change tax regime only once for ITR3.

I executed a intraday order by mistake, so I will have to file ITR 3 for that FY. Lets say I file ITR 3 in old tax regime that year.

The next year can I file ITR 2 in new tax regime or not? (Can I I change tax regime every year if I switch from ITR 3 to ITR 2?)?

Yes. You can change it as ITR applicability is basically for that particular year. There are no restrictions for this as such

Yes, you can file ITR-2 under the new tax regime.

This restriction is only applicable if you file ITR-3 for the next FY.
