No charges for order cancellation AFAIK. You can cancel as many orders as you want.
Charges are levied only on orders which are executed, there are no charges for cancelling your pending orders.

As explained above, there are no charges for cancellation of pending orders. Auto squared-off charges will be applicable for open intraday orders (MIS and CO), which will be squared-off by RMS team. The charges are Rs. 50 + GST per order for all. More details here.
So for a NRML/CNC position in futures or equity if we keep a SL pending order everyday the charges will be 0?Am I right?
This will be cancelled after market close. There will be no charges.
